I’d never heard about these before, but it’s apparently a personal device to track the movement of storms (aka lightning). Might be a valuable tool or lifesaver for golfers, boaters. etc. Or maybe a waste of money…depending on your circumstances. Find out more at SpectrumThunderbolt.
